Less common compressive neuropathies can give similar symptoms to other conditions and are usually diagnosed when initial treatment fails.  They can respond to bracing, steroid injections, and decompression surgery.

Radial Tunnel/ PIN Syndrome

Compression of the radial nerve near the elbow can cause pain in isolation or with weakness of the extensor muscles.
